Website information is general information, not medical advice, diagnosis, psychiatric care or emergency support. It is not a substitute for assessment or treatment by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Do not stop medication or alter medical treatment without consulting the professional responsible for your care.
Emergencies and urgent support
This is not an emergency or crisis service, and the contact form and email are not continuously monitored. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999 or attend Accident and Emergency. For urgent mental-health support in England that is not an immediate emergency, use NHS 111 online or call 111 and select the mental-health option.
Suitability and scope
I may decline, postpone or discontinue work where hypnotherapy is inappropriate, needs fall outside my competence or scope, another service should take priority, or safe working arrangements cannot be established. Where symptoms are new, severe, unexplained or potentially medical, seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Fees, rescheduling and refunds
A focused one-to-one hypnotherapy session of up to 90 minutes costs £250. A Freedom Formula Intensive costs £595. A 4 session hypnotherapy package costs £800. An 8 session hypnotherapy package costs £1,500. These are the total advertised prices. All packages are subject to a co-operative decision made jointly by hypnotherapist and client, based on the consultation. Together, we will agree which option is appropriate before any package begins. The exact format, anticipated duration, payment timing and other arrangements will be confirmed before paid work begins.
Scheduled sessions may be rescheduled until 24 hours before the appointment. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as a missed appointment and may require a further fee before another session is arranged, subject to the circumstances and any mandatory consumer rights.
All refund requests are considered individually on a case-by-case basis. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Purchasing a session, Intensive or programme is not a promise of a particular outcome.
Online and in-person appointments
For online work, clients need a suitable device, reliable connection and a private, safe location. Do not attend a session while driving, operating machinery or doing anything requiring full attention. Reconnection or rearrangement following technical interruption will be handled reasonably according to the circumstances.
In-person sessions take place by prior appointment at a private home office in Wolston. Appointment instructions will be provided to confirmed clients.
